I read reviews for Auto Palace briefly, after deciding on my purchase. If you notice, there’s no in between, either a 5 or a 1. Read the ones that leave a 1. That being said, I needed to sadly part with my beautiful Dodge Challenger, just needed a small suv, something easy to park anywhere due to a new job. I found this 2023 Jeep Compass with a mere 2,033 miles at an insane price, 1/2 of sticker and about $7,000 less than other dealers for a comparable car. I made quick deal, asked how the car fax was, my salesman said, “I’ll look, but I’m sure it’s not perfect given the price”. It of course wasn’t. Had a low tire warning on my test drive that I had for a few hours in the pouring rain so I didn’t fill it. Failed to mention it when I came back and made the deal. Turned out the tire had a nail in the inner sidewall, special order tire…..kind of expensive. Do you get a 1 for that, no, for all they would know, it happened after I left. This dealer I’m sure, buys cars at auction for the most part, and they sell with what they know. My trade was immaculate, and they had it listed a day later, for a modest profit. (I personally would’ve asked 2k more, but they sold in in only 3 days. I know my vehicle had a past, not sure really how bad, as I’m sure that don’t either. Just found out the passenger door lock isn’t working. I’ll take it to get fixed, they probably didn’t notice, as I drove it for 6 weeks and didn’t notice. I felt our deal was fair for both of us. Paperwork went smooth and quick. If you do your research, and see the price is too good to be true, then realize you car won’t be perfect. If I happen to need a different vehicle in the future, if that had what I wanted, I would definitely buy from them again! Important Update!! After a year of owning, I had an noise that sounded suspension. Related, still under warrantee from the factory. They ran a CARFAX for me, and the salesman had strategically not panned down past the minor front end damage, to reveal the other 2 accidents,, one being moderate on almost the entire car. I’ll update when I get the bill, as it most likely won’t be warranty covered due to the accident. Yes, I have had it a year, but it still only has 7,000 miles. I’m not changing my review, I accept the blame, I should’ve looked a little deeper, but I feel there was a little intentional deception. You guys slipped this one by me!

Ryan was ABSOLUTELY wonderful and his customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! The dealership was amazing and Dutch, the finance manager was ready and so professional. We came from way out of state to pick this vehicle up. They had everything signed, finished and ready for me to walk out the door knowing we had a long, return trip back to Tennessee. We had every question answered and every call was returned or answered immediately. The were so professional and the vehicle, Mercedes, was detailed, filled with gas and ready to roll. But from them!
